I have not even able to complete my very first day. When I click Start Workout I am redirected to an advertisement for another program for sale and it will not let me decline.

It's either purchase the program or not get what I have already payed for. Avoid this *** program at all cost! I'm going to try to get my refund as advertised as money back guarantee. But from what I have read that too will be problematic.

But trust me I will not go down without a fight.

I intend to post my reviews everywhere I can for as long as I can. I am posting a picture of the crap they are using to force an upgrade.

This company has no phone contact number. One of my kids downloaded this while in the app store and since my Venmo is attached to my phone, I was charged today.

I never knew, I never saw this until I saw the full monthly charge of almost $40! They are refusing to refund my money because I will now have access to this for 1 month. I did not request it, I will not use it. I did not authorize it.

They are fully capable of not allowing access to this site and app service, which it already refuses to allow me onto as I've tried to, for cancellation and refund purposes, and I get an error message - attaching if pics are allowed. So today's charge was $38.95 - thanks, but no thanks.

I signed up for the first month right after I canceled because I didnt want to get charged for the next month incase I did not like the program. The class was $19.99 per month.

Well as you guessed they not only charged the one month they charged me $38.85. Can not get a hold of anyone to talk to or help with this issue. No response. Now I need to change my credit card once they got my credit card they charge what ever they want when ever they want.

I feel they have stolen money from me. Even after fallowing their directions. They received my sign-up. They received my cancellation.

Buyer take warning. Thief at your door Don't open !!! Plus they say I canceled the day I complained about the $38.85 charge. Still have done nothing after several complaints.

No response. Maybe this will help. This has been my experience with this company.

I am disabled and on limited income. Why I signed up for this course.

I looked into using this company. I put my credit card in, and when I saw that they kept adding programs for a separate charge.

I tried backing out my info, but every time I tried to hit a button it would add a program for a separate charge I did not use the program. I canceled. I sent an emai. It charged me 3 different prices on the first time.

And now all of a sudden, I have a recurring charge on my bank statement from them. And there's no way to get ahold of anybody. I am pissed off because of their charge, my bank account was in the negative. I want to talk to someone.

There is no phone number, customer service, or anyway to contact anyone. I don't know if what they do is good or not, I never even looked at the program, but how they get you to join, is really done in a bad way.

So overall, this must be a real shady dishonest company. DO NOT fall for what they have got to offer!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They have very deceptive practices.

I tried to get the chair workout for $15. Their web page tried to sneak a $38 plan on me as well. They were sneaky enough that my bank flagged my account. I sent a web notification to cancel the account and low and behold, one month later they tried to bill me again.

I emailed them and they gave me excuse after excuse that they weren't allowed to refund my money because it is policy. Hmmm, their policy is that unless you cancel it 24hrs in advance of the bill you will be billed. Correct me if I am wrong but, if you don't know the bill for a canceled product is coming, how do you launch a pre-emptive cancelation? I would never buy their product, as where do they draw the line in their lies.

I prefer not to bargain with Liars and cheats, of which they are both.

I contacted my Bank and disputed the charge they are trying to recover the funds now. Muscle Booster is a dishonorable company with the worst service.
